A Legacy Of Care

Margie Mae's Holiday Decor has served Phoenix Metro and Tucson families since 2009, not as installers, but as caretakers of something our clients look forward to all year.

I found my mother's blue C-9 lights in my garage in 2008. She had been a pediatric oncology nurse who loved Christmas more than anything. But it was my dad who taught me how the lights actually got hung. He was particular about it, wire run first, every bulb facing the same direction, nothing rushed. It was tedious work, and I didn't always love doing it as a kid, but I've never forgotten how good it looked when it was done right.

That's still how we do it. Every ladder set correctly. Every strand placed with intention. Every home left exactly as we found it.

This season, we're bringing on a crew of Christmas Light Installers who take the work as seriously as we do. If you show up on time, work safely at height, and take pride in getting it right, keep reading.

This Is Skilled Work

We'll Teach You Everything.

Our installers work directly alongside experienced crew leads on exterior lighting installs across private residences and commercial properties throughout Phoenix Metro and Tucson. You'll arrive, you'll learn the trade, and by the end of the season, you'll know how to run a wire, set a ladder, and hang a light strand the way we've been doing it since 2009, clean, precise, and safe.

Every installer leaves the season OSHA 10 certified, yours to keep. Show the right instincts and take on a crew lead role, and you'll train up to OSHA 30.

YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE

What You'll Do

Installing professional exterior lighting on rooflines, trees, walkways, and landscaping
Running wire cleanly and setting every bulb to face the same direction, to a professional standard
Working directly with a design lead to meet client expectations, every detail, every time
End-of-season takedown and equipment care so next year's install starts clean
Occasional support on interior décor setups as the season demands

MORE THAN A SEASONAL JOB

What We Offer

$18.00/hour to start, DOE, plus overtime during peak season
Up to $1,000 seasonal completion bonus for finishing the season strong
OSHA 10 certification, provided and yours to keep, with a path to OSHA 30 for crew leads

Before We Meet

Because we work on our clients' property, often around their homes, families, and pets, we hold our team to a specific standard. These aren't negotiable, and we'd rather be transparent about them now than waste your time later.

REQUIRED NON-NEGOTIABLES

Please do not apply if you cannot confirm all of the following:

No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use of any kind on client property, in company vehicles, or on the job. This is a firm requirement.

You are 18 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

You can pass a background check.

You are comfortable working on ladders above 40' and lifting 50 lbs.

You have reliable transportation to reach Chandler, AZ and Phoenix-area client sites.
